Log into your Missouri account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
